36V250W 26"/28" Front E-Bike Conversion Kit + 36V15.6Ah HL Plus Battery

First thank you Joey for your support, not very good with bikes but your help was very much appreciated.

Ordered Monday delived Wednesday order the wires for the brakes which came the week later.

First unboxing and everything looks impressive

1st issue battery didn't fit the way I wanted and had to turn it the other way and then the bolt on bike were to high stopping the battery fitting, I am sure this is common and poss 2 bolts could have been included.

2 issue the front wheel fits but due to forks motors was running and took a lot of grinding out.

After that everything fitted perfectly and somewhat straight forward, the wiring is so long but better then being short. The wiring is very good quality and the fit together seem nice and firm.

The first ride got a puncture this is poss down to no wheel liner.2 ride with liner fitted no problem. The power from the motor is incredible was very impressed with pick up and so quite it's hard to tell is it's on. Control is easy to use and understand.

Over all if you have a old bike and not sure if a ebike is for you then buy this kit you will not be disappointed

my BSA Raleigh is quite old and the PAS did not fit due my bikes crank.
I ordered the disk shaped one, it works.

I'm really impressed with this kit. Especially compared to new bikes it represents a huge saving and I'm already planning the next two for family members.

Installation: I had a number of issues installing it but none of those were the kit's fault. You'll need to use the provided brake levers because they have a kill switch inside them, whereas I had integrated gear and brake modules. Found some new gear changers for about £20 online and replaced them easily enough. The PAS sensor was too small for my pedal rotor which seems to be quite a common thing. Either you'll have the smaller size which fits perfectly or you'll have the larger one like me that won't even get close so I spent a while filing it down until it did fit. It's not perfect now but it is secured and it works fine. The battery didn't fit in the frame initially because the screws were too far down on mine so I drilled and tapped another hole further up. One to be aware of as the battery is quite large. The only complaint I have towards the product is I'd like them to have included screws for mounting the battery. On normal bike screws the head is too large and won't allow the battery to seat so I did have to go and find some short head M5s

Usage: Everything feels way more premium than the price tag would suggest. The included headlight was a nice touch too as it's very bright. The motor pulls really well and having the thumb throttle is really useful for getting going from T/L stops before the pedal sensor has kicked in. The performance is very customisable as you can change the number of assist levels, the % of power at each level, the top speed etc. The assist levels aren't really how much assistance the motor provides, it's just the speed the bike will go at. So in effect you choose an assistance level based on how fast you want to go rather than how much help you want

Since having lung surgery cycling uphill has been a problem for me. This kit has given me back the enjoyment of cycling. Thre were a couple of teething problems but YOSE service have been very responsive and the minor issue are fixed. Since my bicycle is small we had to put the battery on a rear rack but there was plenty of cable to reach.

Received promptly and fitted the conversion in half a day. Minor problem sorted out between emails and works well.

I had a query, answered quickly so I placed the order. Was delivered in a couple of days. I found the instructions clear all the tools were included to fit the parts, even a crank puller. The whole conversion would have just taken a couple of hours if I hadn't chosen to upgrade my bottom bracket bearing system. Since fitting I've ridden over 70mls (110km) and only used 1 out of 5 bars of available power in the battery. So the range is very dependant on which mode you use most. I'm using all 5 modes depending what hills I encounter, I am finding that im using gears for the flat now I rarely used even downhill before. But fully charge the battery before first use, or you will risk reduced life. That's the only thing missing from the instructions. In Europe and GB this is the only spec for road use, it's meant to be pedal ASSIST, NOT an electric bike. Which is what my review is about, you won't go wrong with this company or product if my experience is anything to go by.

Yose kits are very well priced, and come with everything required to complete the installation, even comes with a crank removal tool.

This is the easiest conversion I’ve done, all parts delivered very quickly and well packed. Bought 3 kits mine the wife and daughters bikes. Only fault on 1 kit the light wouldn’t turn on got in touch with yose and replacement parts dispatched again very quickly all bikes up and running

Fairly easy to fit with a good set of Allen keys included. Problem mounting the battery using existing bottle holder bolts. Had to drill and tap new bolt holes as existing were too close to crank.
Also pedal assist sensor didn't fit crank so had to buy a separate one.
Note front wheel motor and battery add a *lot* of weight to bike. Not too noticeable when cycling and motor is engaged, but without motor, or lifting bike it feels very heavy. Overall satisfied it's worth the money.
