Where are the parcel sent from?

We have Europe warehouses(for orders from online shop, Europe eBay and amazon), US warehouse(for orders from AliExpress, US eBay and amazon), UK warehouse(for orders from UK eBay). And if you have special demand, we can send parcels from China also.

Can I return my product?

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders from the country where the warehouse is located will take 2-4 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 5-10 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your order on website.
We send parcels next day after payment. The parcels will not be sent on weekend or in holidays.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use DPD, Hermes, Royal Mail, UPS, GLS, DHL etc. It depends on the product you order. The shipping information will be updated in your order on website.
