How long will it take for my order to ship?

Where do your orders ship from?
Batteries and e-bike conversion kits are shipped from our UK warehouse, while some accessories may be shipped from warehouses outside the UK.
What do I need to do to return this?
If you have any questions or need to return the product, please contact our customer service email. We will provide you with a free return label, or return it at your own expense, according to YOSE POWER's return policy.
I ordered the wrong item—can I exchange it?
Please contact our sales service email, and we will provide you with the return address.
Once you return the incorrect item to our warehouse, we can either exchange it or issue a refund.
Afterward, you can place a new order.

Do you offer free shipping?
Currently, we offer free shipping on our products. For any special repairs or additional services, please contact our after-sales support team.
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the product has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order for you.
If the product has already been shipped, you will need to refuse the package upon delivery.
Can I pay with a credit card or in instalments?
We accept most credit cards, as well as Klarna for installment payments, along with Pay Now and Pay Later options. We also support popular payment methods like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. If the product hasn't been shipped yet, we'll make the change for you.
However, if the product has already been shipped, we won't be able to change the address directly. In that case, you'll need to reach out to the courier company.

Are YOSE POWER batteries compatible with other brands?
Generally, our batteries can be replaced with the same type of batteries from other brands, but it's important for you to carefully check their size, discharge port, and other compatibility details.
Do your products have any certifications?
YOSE POWER's products undergo rigorous laboratory testing and certification, and our products hold CE and other certifications that meet European standards.
