- Battery and motor kits will be shipped next day after payment from Germany by GLS/DHL. The parcels can't be shipped on weekend. The shipping in Germany takes 2-4 working days. The shipping outside Germany takes 4-8 working days(remote areas may need more time).
- E-bikes can be only shipped to mainland area of GERMANY by DHL/Schenker（DB）, remote areas and islands cannot be shipped(before you buy please consult us).

Any changes that you make regarding shipping once the item is shipped, including but not limited to changing the address, putting an order on hold, or updating shipping settings/preferences may delay your receipt of the Products and replacement Products and/or refunds. If you would like to change the order, you must do so prior to your order being shipped.
