I dont normally write reviews , but, for anyone that is thinking about it, I highly recommend it.
My upgrade is a 250w kit.
I didnt want the wattage any higher because I want to cycle and have help when I require it.
The kit is very easy to install , tbh I thought it was a lot of fun because I love tinkering .
All I can suggest is take your time, and dont rush . Work on each section methodically and you will be 🙂.
If your brake levers are like mine , combined with the gear selector you definitely will need a pair of magnetic power 'cut out' sensors.
These are bought separately, and again they are a doddle to fit.
Take your time upgrading your bike , use the correct tools and expect to fight the odd nut or bolt . So a lovely can of WD40 will be handy and some grease .
The kit is definitely worth the money.

I was a bit suspicious, but spoke to Richard on their support number. Lovely bloke. Bought direct as cheaper than Amazon, and free delivery. Battery arrived within a couple of days, well packed, with additional mounting plate (which I needed) and slider bar which I modified slightly. Battery works fine, and seems a bit more powerful than my old black one.
Both the wheel and the battery arrived on time packaged really well. The specs are really good of what to expect dimensions wise and I was able to fit the kit in myself. Been a moth im using it and it works.
What I wasn't aware is the centre of weight shifting which makes the biking experience less biking. Took it out one day without the battery and worked pretty well.

The kit is great value and it works pretty well. There are some niggles it would be great to sort to make easier fitting and compatibility with more common new(ish) bike standards. Handlebar diameters are now almost always 32mm or so so good for that to be the default for the controller mounting clamp etc (it’d be easy to shim out narrower bars) . The 2 main cables linking the contoller/ display and battery/ motor are both way too long for typical mounting. Half the length would be about right! Finally most newish bikes don’t have square taper bottom brackets. More options for PAS sensors to fit various bb arrangements would be helpful (the hollowtech one is a bit limited too). All in all still happy with it all - just a bit more faff in adapting and fitting than is needed
Needed this as my bike has Shimano BB. Easy to install but have to remove crank set. Magnetic sensor but decided to glue on to avoid it being knocked off by accident.
The charger is extremely well priced. Arrived with an incorrect power lead, which Yose Power acted upon swiftly and decisively to sort to my satisfaction.
I had to fit this as there isn't enough between the bottom mount and crank arm for the standard supplied one in the kit.
This was too tight as well BUT I thinned down the middle section slightly with Dremel and sandpaper.
It's not as neat as the supplied one and there is the sensor to fit to the frame, but all good so far.
Relatively easy to install. Shimano octalink means extra pedal sensor item has to be ordered and adds a little complexity to the project but not beyond basic skills. Minor adjustments needed to fit front wheel to telescopic front fork. Again straightforward. Initial ride very satisfying.
Really pleased with it as you don't need the metal box motor controller that comes with the wheel package
Very easy to fit once you have established if the battery will fit where the bottle goes. The pannier rack battery is much easier. Not given 5 as only installed 2 weeks ago
Great product. Easy fit, came with the tools too. So far so good.
