I bought a complete kit to fit on a bike for my disabled father, the battery arrived with an imperfection on the side of it. I reported this to an agent who goes by Joey via email. I request a free replacement not a refund as I’d just like to receive the product in the condition I was promised which is covered under consumer rights law, however Joey replied with, if I return the battery to you you will “fix it” which is completely unacceptable as I’m not interested in a refurbished product, only the factory new condition which I ordered. My father has mobility difficulties hence why I purchased the product, my father uses this product to ride a bike to work, me removing the battery and sensor would take time which I don’t have and my father won’t be able to tend to his work, therefore us posting the product would not be feesable, even though I relayed this to the agent he without my permission has arranged a currier to come to my work address instead of my preferred address and wasted both mine and the DHL delivery persons time as well, please contact me about the replacement.
I ordered the battery and it arrived in two days, but it was not compatible, I was sent a bar code to send it back to sender, three days later I had a full refund. Excellent service and communication.
Fantastic piece of kit , can’t believe how good it is I love my old bike but need e-bike to help me up hills and when I get tired so thought I would buy the conversion kit well I’m glad I did , everything is so much easier now , the conversion was so easy to do would highly recommend to anyone

Bought with delivery guarantee. Goods ordered and arrived in a couple of days. Can’t really say much more. Any say much more. Could only really rate service if goods hadn’t arrived and then see how that would have been dealt with.
I've been using an earlier Yose Power kit with the sensor on the bottom bracket for a few years and never really liked the fixed five fixed speeds the kit provides so I was pleased when I saw the A3 Pro kit with a torque sensor on their website. I thought this would give a more progressive feel to my pedaling but I was a little anxious about the capacity of the tiny battery!! Anyway, I ordered one in January and fitted it to my Giant Escape 1 and after a couple of months I've done around 350 miles with it. Here's what I found.....
The kit is super easy to install (I didn't fit the front light) and adds just 3.5kg to the weight of the bike. It's reasonably quiet too. It isn't that noticeable on the bike either, folks don't realize my bike is electrified until I show them!
I'm reasonably fit and just use e-power when I'm starting to struggle up hills or cycling into a strong headwind. I found the assistance on power setting 1 a little too helpful, I could feel the assistance when I didn't really want it - when setting off for example!! I asked Joey if the sensitivity could be reduced but it can't be so I cycle along the flat and gentle slopes with the e-power off (power setting 0) and only switching to power setting 1 when I get tired up hills or into a headwind. I don't feel any drag when the power is off and appreciate the assistance when I need it!
I've done two longish rides and measured how much energy I put back into the battery after each ride. Here are the results...

I didn't want an e-bike that does all the work! I was looking for a little support when needed and the A3 Pro kit fits the bill perfectly for me!! I estimate the battery provides around 30% of the energy and my muscles do the other 70%. The torque sensor works fine (if a little too helpful as explained above) and a lot better than the fixed speeds of the PAS sensor version.
Works perfectly and pretty easy to install if you have any trouble installing watch one of their YouTube vids and follow along
This is the fourth bike I have converted used mainly off road on mountain bike parks been used and abused but have never let me down great piece of kit
Great kit, easy to install and works perfectly. The battery delivers surprisingly good range.
Bought as a replacement for my Vengeance after seeing it on the Carrera owners group site. Fitted straight on original carrier as described. Advised to use supplied charger. Have been out on three 20 mile plus rides and battery has showed 2 or 3 bars out of 4 remaining power each time. Very pleased and highly recommend. Battery arrived in just a few days after ordering which was great.
Brilliant! I brought this as a replacement and it turned up in good packaging was able too track it's progress did take a little longer to arrive than I expected but I wanted to buy the original charger for the battery in order to give the battery the best possible chance and I'm glad I did as the battery is holding charge perfectly after being dead for a long time so couldn't give a better review to be honest thanks.

Got the new battery to replace my 4-years old one I got with my Pure electric bike. Pure Electric is no longer selling e-bikes, nor the parts. I'm glad I found this battery instead of having to change the whole bike. The battery life is great and fits perfectly. Also, the delivery to the UK went alright, 2/3 days.
