Warranty Policy
Our warranty policy on our official website is the same as the one offered through our eBay and Amazon stores.
This warranty applies only to the original owner of a YOSE POWER product. Warranty coverage is limited to the replacement of defective parts at YOSE POWER’s sole discretion.
This warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by failure to follow the owner’s manual, natural disasters, accidents, misuse, neglect, abuse, commercial use, alterations or modifications, improper assembly, normal wear and tear, installation of incompatible or non-original parts/accessories, rider error, water damage, extreme riding, stunt riding, or improper maintenance after purchase.
Full product replacements will only be provided in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, the original product must first be returned to a YOSE POWER facility for inspection and/or repair before a replacement can be issued. If the product can be repaired, a replacement product may not be provided.
- Battery Cell Warranty: 18 months
- Charger Warranty: 12 months
- Motor Warranty: 18 months
- Warranty of Other Accessories: 12 months
This warranty does not cover accessories, consumable items, or parts subject to normal wear and tear.
YOSE POWER shall not be held liable for any damage, malfunction, or loss resulting from unauthorised repairs, servicing, or the use of unauthorised parts.
Any shipping damage must be reported to YOSE POWER at service@yosepower.co.uk within 5 days of delivery.
Under no circumstances shall YOSE POWER be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or financial loss arising from the use of its products, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, or product liability.
YOSE POWER reserves the right to charge a minimum service fee and the cost of replacement parts in cases where the warranty does not apply.
Warranty replacements are limited to one replacement per item. All warranty return shipments must be prepaid and insured by the customer. YOSE POWER is not responsible for any lost inbound parcels.
This warranty is void where prohibited.

You may return your undamaged product, along with its original packaging, within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, for any reason.
If the return is not due to a product quality issue, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Warranty for Quality-Related Issues
- For quality-related issues reported within 30 days of purchase, a free replacement will be provided.
- Free battery repairs are available within 18 months; the customer is responsible for one-way shipping costs.
- Battery repairs after 18 months will be charged, and the customer is responsible for both-way shipping costs.
- If our repair centre is unavailable and the warranty claim is valid, we will cover the cost of replacement or repair carried out at a local repair shop.
- For products purchased through other retailers, please contact the retailer directly for information regarding their warranty procedure.
