36V350W 26"/27.5"/28" Rear E-Bike Conversion Kit for Freewheel with 36V13Ah HL1 Battery

I bought this kit because my ORBEA cycle has been redundant for over 10 years.
Ordered the 36V 360W 26” system after looking at various different sites. Came within 3 days, well packaged and on time.
Rear wheel, looks very good once fitted. I bought a new 9 speed cassette, the wheel does not come with spoke tape, I used Gorilla tape which works very well.
Battery, didn’t fit fully in my bottle holder so improvised with cable ties and only one bolt to secure. Would have helped if the slots in the control bracket were adaptable.
PAS, doesn’t work for me as my crank is wider, so I had to order a new one with the wider fitting ring. £14
Brake levers, doesn’t work for me as my bike has hydraulic brakes.
The hand accelerator has to be fitted by removing the grip and in my case had to cut the grip to fit.
The display unit is good, easy readable and lets you know how you are performing, I changed mine to Miles as opposed to KM.
The kit overall is good but I think it would be better to have a supermarket system to select the parts that fit and not pay for unusable parts.
I have covered 83 miles since fitting, i live quite rural and there are a lot of hills to contend with, I am 58 and 113kg and the kit works well, I am getting around 25 miles on a full charge and taking into account my size and area, I think thats quite good, the PAS is the best thing for me, I stay on number 3 unless I have to go slow through gates etc if you are not used to it, you get caught by surprise when the PAS kicks in. The accelerator is not a push and go system its more of a keep the bike going constant speed without the effort, but the PAS can be used for the same thing by turning the peddles with using pressure.
Overall I am pleased with the kit.

A very good product

I was searching for a new electric bike on Ebay. As I browsed through the listed bikes I came across an electric bike conversion kits from Yose and because I already have an Apollo mountain bike I decided to get the kits instead of a brand new one.
The order arrived just 2 days and on the following Saturday I started the installation.
Thew whole installation process took me 3 hours.
I am very content with Yose conversion kits and I recommend them to anyone who wishes to have a DIY of their old bicycle to electric.
At work I have a friend who wishes to get his bike converted to electric and as soon as he is ready I will get the kits from Yose and do it for him.

I emailed Yose support before placing my order & Joey was extremely helpful in assisting me with which kit I needed to order. I placed the order & it arrived VERY quickly, which is always a good start. Due to my having integrated gears/brake levers I had to replace the gears first, which was somewhat fiddly, with getting them re-set up again. Then I started on the job of doing the conversion, which was pretty easy all in all. Then I got onto the part of getting it all set up & getting used to my new bike. Once again Joey was a great help with the intricacies of some of the settings. I have now found that on level 3 I can manage around 60/80 miles in the Yorkshire Dales and I am no lightweight at 62 years old, 6ft 5" and around 100Kg, although I am fairly fit & ride to keep my speed up with the assistance only there to help me do so rather than using it as the main power source. To cap it off yes, I am extremely happy.

A few days into using the bike conversion kit. So far I am really impressed.
Ordering, delivery and installation went as smoothly as can be expected.
Using the kit is revolutionary, considering slight mobility restrictions.

Great bit of kit. Easy to install but be prepared for some challenges. Not a fault of the kit as its a generic kit to cover a lot of bicycles.
I'm extremely happy with the result and really happy I purchased this kit.

Only just fitted it so can't comment on its durability but everything looks well made.
