FAQs

Q1: How long will my battery last?

  • With proper care, most e-bike batteries maintain good capacity for 500-1000 charge cycles before noticeable degradation occurs. Many batteries last 3-5 years with regular use.

Q2: What should I do if my battery gets wet?

  • Wipe it dry immediately and allow it to fully dry in a well-ventilated area away from heat sources. Do not charge until completely dry. Contact us if the battery was fully submerged.

Q3: Why is my battery not holding charge as long?

  • All batteries gradually lose capacity over time. If you notice significant sudden reduction, it may indicate a problem. Contact our support team for diagnosis.
