The original pedal sensor in kit isn't fit for Hollowtech II and Octalink. The brake levers are not fit for bike with hydraulic brake.
Please carefully confirm the suitable type for your bike before buying. You can buy it separately.

*36V battery(Li, lead-acid, NiMH battery etc.) is compatible with this motor.

Kit comes with the tools you might not have in your toolkit - cassette socket, pedal crank puller, set of allen keys.
Cassette and pedal crank came off easily.
I needed to replace my brake wires as the old ones were rusted and wouldn't feed back through the sheaths.
Gears needed re-indexing.
One ride in, very pleased with the result - exhilarating rush when the power kicks in. System automatically cuts the power/battery use when not needed. After 15 miles, battery still showing full and 39.6V.
Still feel like I've had a workout, just not struggled on steep hills.

Great value, very easy to install. Communication with Yose Power is also efficient and prompt.
Came with all the necessary tools, which wasn't clear in the description, quick install following the instructions and was quite easy to finish in two hours.
Power delivery isn't that smooth and you can't access the advanced settings on the 250w to change this, but the motor is plenty powerful and battery matches the capacity promised.
I get to work in 20 minutes now Vs 50 minutes. The throttle doesn't fit. My bars are to thick. Other than that. Love it
